Nature of Services

MyFreeSMM provides intangible, digital marketing services including social media engagement (followers, likes, views, etc.).

Because our products are non-tangible and instantly deliverable, all payments are Final and non-refundable once a transaction is completed.

Refund Eligibility

No refunds will be issued to your payment method (credit/debit card, PayPal, UPI, etc.).

Any eligible credit or refund will be added to your MyFreeSMM account balance only, to be used for future orders.

Requests for refunds to original payment gateways will be denied under all circumstances.

Once a service has started or been delivered, it cannot be reversed or canceled.

Non-Refundable Situations

You are not eligible for a refund in the following cases:

  • You provide incorrect, invalid, or private profile links.
  • You delete or modify the target content after placing your order.
  • You engage multiple service providers or servers simultaneously for the same profile or post.
  • You use stolen, unauthorised, or fraudulent payment methods.
  • You fail to read service details before purchase, leading to misunderstanding of delivery terms.
  • You request a refund for partially delivered or delayed orders within the stated processing window.

Important: Always confirm your account or post link is public and accessible before placing an order.

Exceptional Refund Circumstances

Refunds are only considered if:

  • The service cannot be delivered due to a verified technical error on our side.
  • The order remains undelivered beyond the promised timeframe after proper investigation.
  • In such cases, the refund will be credited to your MyFreeSMM wallet for reuse, not to your original payment method.

Chargebacks & Disputes

By purchasing any service on MyFreeSMM, you agree that:

  • You will not file a dispute or chargeback through your bank or payment provider after completing a payment.
  • Any chargeback or dispute will result in permanent account suspension, cancellation of all future orders, and removal of any followers/likes/views delivered.
  • This ensures fair use and prevents abuse of our instant-delivery digital services.

Service Delivery Delays

Most services begin instantly or within a few hours of payment confirmation.

Certain campaigns or niche categories may take 24–48 hours due to platform limitations or organic pacing requirements.

If you experience an unusual delay, contact our support team for investigation, we are online 18 hours a day to assist you.

Private or Restricted Accounts

Orders placed for private, locked, or restricted accounts will be automatically marked as delivered and are non-refundable

Please ensure your account or post is set to public during the delivery period.

Refill Policy

If your purchased engagement (followers, likes, etc.) drops below the guaranteed threshold, we may provide a refill as per your package terms.

Refills are processed within the ordered volume, not exceeding 100% of the initial order.

Fraudulent Activity

Any fraudulent, suspicious, or unauthorised transaction (such as using stolen cards or fake billing info) will result in:

  • Immediate account termination
  • Forfeiture of all existing balances
  • Reporting to relevant authorities and payment processors
