Please review these Terms and Conditions before using myfreesmm.com and the services of the MyFreeSMM network.
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern how MyFreeSMM (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”) operates and provides services, including via and in relation to the myfreesmm.com website (the “Service”).
By placing an order on our Service, you automatically accept all of these Terms, whether or not you have read them.
By placing an order, you agree to use the Service in accordance with the respective social networks’ terms of service.
MyFreeSMM tariffs may change at any time without prior notice. Our payment/return policy remains in effect even if rates change.
By using our Service, you accept all rules and rights herein. You have no rules or rights other than those described in these Terms.
Continued use following amendments signifies your agreement to the revised Terms. Please review myfreesmm.com periodically for updates.
If you do not wish to be bound by these Terms (in whole or in part), do not register.
The Service provides social media engagement and related solutions. If you use the Service to buy advertising space or similar services (as an “Advertiser”), you acknowledge and agree to any applicable supplemental terms for such transactions (the “Transaction Supplements”), which are incorporated by reference. If there is a conflict between these Terms and any Transaction Supplements, these Terms control.
Services may be purchased online through myfreesmm.com. By purchasing any Services, you agree that:
The Service may be used only for promoting your accounts/channels and enhancing appearance and engagement.
You must be 18+ (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher). By accepting these Terms you represent and warrant that you meet the applicable age requirement and are not otherwise prohibited from using the Service.
You must create an account (“Account”) to use the Service and warrant that the information provided is accurate and complete, and that you’ll keep it updated.
If you create an Account on behalf of a company, you warrant you have authority to bind that entity.
Do not use another person’s Account without authorisation. You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality and restricting access to your Account and are solely responsible for all actions under it. Notify us immediately of any breach or unauthorised use.
Anyone accessing your Account may access all of your data and may purchase advertising on your behalf.
Your ads/links must not violate laws; must not promote violence, racial discrimination, crimes, or other illegal actions.
Do not run other marketing campaigns while your myfreesmm.com campaign is active, as we use public statistics that can be affected by other campaigns. If you do, you agree we are not responsible for any resulting followers, likes, views, comments, visits, or votes recorded.
We may refuse any Advertiser or promotion without stating a reason.
We may modify or revise these Terms at any time without prior notice; the latest version supersedes prior versions upon posting.
We reserve all rights over our proprietary materials (copyright, trademark, trade secret, etc.).
We may stop any work if your advertising uses contextual ads targeting our brand or confusingly similar terms.
We may block your advertising if it contains or promotes:
illegal/unlawful/defamatory/fraudulent/harmful/abusive/threatening/invasive/hate/inflammatory content; illegal activities or harm; impersonation; malware or viruses; phishing or forced actions; torrents/“warez”/stolen scripts; artificial metric inflation; fake documents; drugs; content targeted to minors; incomplete sites; “blind links”; unauthorized third-party trademarks; profiting from human tragedy; rule violations in the campaign admin panel.
We do not guarantee how long a campaign will take. Any timeframe mentioned on myfreesmm.com, by our staff, or via any correspondence is guidance only, not a guarantee.
We are not responsible for your actions or their consequences, including accounts/pages banned or photos removed. No refunds/compensation in such cases.
We act as a platform/reseller and are not responsible for third-party sellers/publishers or their content.
We are not responsible for social networks’ actions (e.g., account blocking, ranking decreases). You assume all responsibility when using the Service.
We do not guarantee that new subscribers will interact with you; we only guarantee the volume purchased.
We do not guarantee that 100% of accounts will have full profiles/photos/descriptions (though we strive for quality).
We do not guarantee zero “write-offs” (drops) by social networks, though we strive to keep quality high.
You must pay applicable fees for Services (which may change). Fees vary by Service. You’re responsible for all fees incurred by your Account (“Service Fees”), including subscription fees (weekly/monthly/annual), one-time purchases, recurring/auto-refill, third-party fees, taxes, chargeback/resubmission/late/takedown/change/reinstatement fees.
You authorise us to charge all Service Fees, including auto-refill, to your designated payment method. Keep payment details current.
No refunds to your payment method. Deposits are irreversible; use balance for orders on myfreesmm.com.
You agree not to file disputes/chargebacks after payment. If you do, we may terminate future orders, ban your account, and remove delivered engagement.
Orders cannot be refunded or canceled after placement. If an order is non-deliverable, you will receive a credit to your myfreesmm.com balance.
Misplaced or private account orders do not qualify for refunds, confirm each order. Fraud (e.g., stolen cards) leads to termination.
Do not use multiple servers simultaneously for the same page/content; we will not correct counts or refund.
Funds from the referral program cannot be transferred to another advertising account.
No refunds for closed/private accounts, hidden stats/counters, deleted content, or special social network restrictions.
Refill: We may refill up to the ordered volume, but not more than 100% of the ordered amount.
We offer affiliate and referral programs.
Affiliate Use our widget/code, set your margin, and place it on sites, you earn the margin you set. Referral Earn a percentage (set by us) from all net spend of invited referrals (minus replenishment costs and refunds).
Referrals with the same IP/digital footprint as the user will not be counted.
We are not responsible for code modified by third parties.
Payouts: request when balance reaches $50 USD; requests every 30 days; processing may take up to 30 days.
We may change affiliate/referral terms at any time; see program pages for details.
Advertisers agree not to contact websites in the Company’s ad network to purchase advertising directly or otherwise compete with the Company’s representation of those ad spaces. Violation is a material breach.
Each party (“Receiving Party”) may receive confidential information from the other (“Disclosing Party”). The Receiving Party will not disclose or use such information except as permitted in writing.
Limited disclosure to professional advisors is allowed if they agree to the same confidentiality.
Exceptions apply for information that is public, already known lawfully, received lawfully from third parties, independently developed, or disclosed with written consent.
If disclosure is required by law/regulators, the Receiving Party will promptly notify the Disclosing Party (where legally permissible).
Either party may cancel an ads campaign and terminate this Agreement with 48 hours’ written notice. We may stop a campaign or terminate immediately if:
We may block your account and withhold remaining funds as a fine in such cases.
Accounts inactive for 3 months may be blocked. You’ll be notified at login; you’ll have 90 days to restore the account.
If not reactivated in time, it will be deleted.
If your balance is 0, the system may auto-block your account; if balance > 0, remaining funds may be deducted. Account deletion does **not** necessarily mean all user data is erased.
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service and access our program per these Terms.
We may amend these Terms unilaterally. We will notify you in your account and/or via our website; notices are deemed received within two (2) weeks of dispatch or posting. If you do not accept changes that materially adversely affect you, you may terminate within 30 days of notice. Continued use after that means acceptance.
You acknowledge you have not relied on statements outside these Terms, our Privacy Policy, the Agreement on Storage of Cardholder’s Credentials (if applicable), or other MyFreeSMM terms published at myfreesmm.com.
Events beyond a party’s reasonable control (e.g., war, mobilization, epidemic, fire, natural disasters, accidents, legislative changes) that could not be foreseen/prevented may delay or prevent performance. The affected party must notify the other within 5 days of commencement and within 3 days of cessation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, these Terms and any claim, cause of action, or dispute between you and us are governed by the laws of Great Britain without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
For claims you bring against us: you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts located in London, England.
For claims we bring against you: you consent to the jurisdiction/venue of courts in London, England and anywhere else where personal jurisdiction over you can be found.
